The ChiChiPingPing Global Edu Network will grow through a structured, phased expansion strategy:
5.2.1 Foundation Phase (H1 2025)
Core Infrastructure Development: Issuance of CPT tokens on the Solana blockchain and development of core smart contracts, along with a beta launch of the Edu Passport NFT system and initial implementation of the P&L-to-Earn system.
Early User Acquisition: Building a community based on the existing ChiChiPingPing fan base and Web3 early adopters, with beta testing and initial user incentives.
Key Objectives: Establish an active user base, develop initial beta content, and secure early partnerships with key educational institutions.
5.2.2 Growth Phase (H2 2025)
Platform Enhancement: Official launch of the global educational content marketplace, initiation of the first quarterly IP revenue settlements, and activation of the RWA token reward mechanism, alongside B2B API integrations and white-label solutions.
Global Expansion: Rollout of localized services in multiple countries with support for major languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Korean).
Key Objectives: Expand user base, build a robust content library, and grow the B2B partnership network.
5.2.3 Innovation Deepening Phase (H1 2026)
Ecosystem Expansion: Introduction of the first sub-project tokens, launch of immersive AR/VR educational content, and comprehensive scaling of B2B solutions.
Product Line Extension: Launch of phygital products connecting physical teaching aids with digital NFTs and enhancement of integrated offline-online experiences.
Key Objectives: Increase user engagement, establish a robust project token ecosystem, and capture a larger market share in B2B solutions.
5.2.4 Global Ecosystem Phase (Late 2026–2027)
Ecosystem Completion: Provide thoroughly localized educational content in multiple countries, beta launch an educational metaverse platform, and build a multi-IP ecosystem.
Offline Expansion: Establish small-scale educational experience centers in major education hubs and regularize global offline educational events.
Key Objectives: Consolidate a global user base, expand the educational institution partnership network, and stabilize IP revenue and the token ecosystem.
