3.3 P&L-to-Earn System & Learning Certification

The P&L-to-Earn (Play & Learn-to-Earn) system incentivizes learner engagement and genuine educational outcomes. Unlike traditional P2E models, it focuses on rewarding educational achievements rather than simple participation.

3.3.1 Activity-Based Reward Structure

Learners receive CPT tokens for completing various educational activities, including:

  • Module Completion: Rewards are proportional to difficulty, time invested, and performance.

  • Challenges and Quests: Weekly/monthly challenges provide additional rewards for achieving specific learning targets, sustained learning streaks, or collaborative projects.

  • Creative Contributions: Rewards for sharing creative outputs based on learning content or for contributing to community projects.

  • Peer Evaluation: Tokens are awarded for evaluating peers’ projects and providing constructive feedback.

The reward structure is designed based on the following principles:

  • Achievement-Based: Rewards are proportional to genuine learning performance rather than mere participation.

  • Balanced Distribution: Daily, weekly, and monthly reward limits help manage inflation.

  • Progressive Difficulty: As learners grow, the difficulty to earn rewards and the rewards themselves are adjusted accordingly.

3.3.2 Learning Certification and Evaluation System

To ensure the reliability and fairness of the P&L-to-Earn system, the following mechanisms are established:

  • Blockchain-Based Certification: All learning activities and achievements are recorded on the blockchain and integrated into the Edu Passport NFT for transparent verification.

  • Multifaceted Evaluation: Combining AI-based automated assessments, peer reviews, and mentor verifications to overcome the limitations of single-source evaluation.

  • Adaptive Assessment: Evaluation systems adjust difficulty based on the learner’s level and progress.

  • Fraud Prevention Mechanisms: AI pattern analysis, randomized verification challenges, and timed assessments safeguard against cheating.

3.3.3 Integration with Dual-Token Structure

The P&L-to-Earn system is integrated with the platform’s dual-token structure:

  • CPT tokens are awarded as a baseline reward for everyday learning activities.

  • For specialized projects with corresponding RWA tokens, additional utilities and rewards may be granted for advanced learning.

  • CPT stakers may receive bonus rewards on top of P&L incentives.

3.3.4 Token Reward Policy for Minor Learners
