2.5 Considerations for IP Licensing and RWA Operations by Jurisdiction
Although the ChiChiPingPing IP is distributed in 95 countries, copyright registration, licensing, and educational content accreditation regulations vary by country. This project will transparently aggregate global IP revenues on the blockchain through multisignature smart contracts and Creative DAO governance, while legally recording revenues with regional partners (distributors, licensees) as per local agreements.
In regions with weak copyright protection, the original IP owner, Arimoa, will register copyrights on a regional basis to minimize revenue leakage due to unauthorized use or licensing, and an independent audit and verification system will be implemented to ensure effective execution of the RWA structure.
Depending on the regulatory environment in each region, the method of providing RWA tokens and reward structures will be differentiated:
Regulation-Friendly Regions: Full RWA token structures and CPT swap systems will be implemented.
Moderately Regulated Regions: A safely designed RWA token structure based on legal review will be adopted.
Strictly Regulated Regions: A points system or alternative reward mechanism will be used.
This flexible approach aims to achieve both global expansion and regulatory compliance.
