Revenue from ChiChiPingPing IP is transparently and decentralizably connected to rewards for RWA token holders.
2.3.1 Settlement Structure Based on Multisignature Smart Contracts
The process for linking IP revenue to RWA token holder rewards proceeds as follows:
Revenue Generation and Aggregation: Royalties and revenues from products/services utilizing the ChiChiPingPing IP are recorded quarterly on a digital ledger.
Multisignature Verification: The aggregated revenue data is verified by a multisignature group—including the foundation, original IP owner (Arimoa), ecosystem operator, and the representative of the Creative DAO—along with external auditors.
Blockchain Recording and Reporting: Once verified, the revenue data is permanently recorded on the blockchain and published as a quarterly settlement report, forming the basis for calculating rewards for each RWA token holder.
Timelock Mechanism: All major fund movements are subject to a 48-hour timelock, during which the community is notified and given an opportunity to review.

The Creative DAO plays a central role in revenue settlement and token linkage, with key functions including:

The Creative DAO comprises representatives elected by CPT token stakers, the original IP owner, and the ecosystem operator, with all major decisions conducted via on-chain voting.
